No, but it is water-resistant. If you get caught in the rain or watch a sad movie, you won't be left with panda eyes. Instead, our formula gently slides off your lashes in little rubbery clumps when touched.

Tubing mascaras contain special polymers that wrap around each individual lash, creating little ‘tubes’. Traditional mascaras just paint your lashes with pigments, leaving you with panda eyes if your lashes come into contact with water or the oil on your skin. You will never have that problem with our tubing mascara because of those heavenly little polymers. When you want to remove it, just splash your lashes with water, wait 30 seconds and then gently slide the mascara off between your fingertips or a tissue. No makeup remover required - it’s really that simple.
